Couture Fabrics With Hand Beading!

Silks, satins, sequins and beading, oh my! As promised photos of couture stash that I will be using for bunnies. I already have a request for a red and cream custom bunny! And I have to post pics of a black and yellow one I have finished and a cream one that is half done. What I have left will be used for another couture animal or so. I hope to have at least 6 done and listed on Etsy or Ebay in time for Easter.

I have to apologize for getting distracted from Minnie #2 and the little doll. I can't help it, I tend to jump around like that sometimes. But no worries! I'll be getting back to them soon. Have a blessed weekend!

23 Inches Of Rainbow Couture For Easter

This is a cloth bunny dressed with hand beaded fabrics, velvet, tulle, boa feathers, and a vintage crystal button. She is my version of couture dolls you'll find at exclusive clothing stores. Her arms, legs, and ears are wired and can be posed. The intricate beading comes from a stash of very expensive fabrics that I have had for years and very seldom use. They are a rainbow of intricate beaded and sequined fabrics. I will include a photo of them with my next post. This bunny has a new owner! A similar one can be done for you, just convo me a request!

Easter bunnies in progress. Each will be distinctly different with poseable limbs and an invisible hang tag on the back neck. They will range in height to the tip of ears from 12 inches to 30 inches tall. I may go bigger!

I Think A Giveaway Is In The wind!

I want to giveaway a dollye. The question is to which one should I giveaway?  In the scriptures Acts 20:35 says "it is more blessed to give than to receive".  Let's see, should it be this one?
                                                                               Or this one?
Or maybe this one?
When should the giveaway be?
I will take all suggestions for the next 2 weeks into consideration! What a quandary!

Two Dollyes Have New Homes!

Steampunk Farmchic doll has a new owner as of yesterday! She's off to Fort Myers, Fl with Shirley. She was so excited she all most poked herself in tihe eye with her pitchfork!
Miss Ruby will be hightailing it to Port Huron, MI with Martha. I'm so thrilled for her. Happy days Ruby!

Climbing Back In The Saddle

So here I am, feeling better for now but still struggling. Thank you for your prayers and words of encouragement. I've been staying pretty close to home as isolation is the word of the day when I am slipping toward the black hole. Thank God for the internet or I would be cut off from the world!

Ok now on a happier note here are the latest pics of Minnie #2 and the small dollye I'm making. I think I will add more clay to little dollye to give her a higher forehead. I'll probably repaint the face as I'm not really satisfied with it as is.
Minnie is 24 inches tall and little dollye will be about 9, depending on her hairstyle and/or hat. Have a blessed week my friends!
